The restaurant's opening year was the summer of 2001. The idea of opening this great restaurant belongs to Zacharias, the today owner's father. He was always enjoying eating while the sea was watching and this is why our customers today have the same chance to do so.
The name of the restaurant comes from the actual Santa Barbara city in California where Zacharias had been during his youth age and felt in love with.
After exactly 20 years of establishment, Romos, the today owner decided to renovate the Restaurant as a tribute to its founder. In 2021 and after all these years, Santa Barbara is not only the restaurant's name but now also the relevant look of it.
The restaurant's main kitchen is Greek-Mediterranean and we serve from a variaty of starters, salads and vegeterian food to traditional Greek dishes, pizza, pasta and fish.
Sitting at Santa Barbara's courtyard, apart from the unlimited blue, you see the islet of St. Nicolas church on your left while having the big Kefalos mountain of Zini on your right.
Santa Barbara has a great space area for all our customers plus a big parking place that is accessible from the right side of the restaurant.
Romos and his wife Christina welcome you to visit the newly renovated restaurant and they will ensure that you get a warm hospitality.
Fantastic food and a warm welcome. Visited the newly renovated restaurant the other evening and safe to say we were not disappointed. The food was really tasty and the place had such a transformation! Romos and the staff were so lovely and made us feel really welcome.
Excellent food, fantastic view in a fantastic environment. Wonderful new looks, and the best owners in town! Highly recommend it! Oh I forgot to mention, best prices too!
Delicious food! We had Kalamari, chicken souvlaki and pizza and all tasted fantastic. The staff is very nice and the surroundings are beautiful. Highly recommented, would love to come back!
